Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to you as a consumer shopping in our online store. Resellers are instead subject to Klinta's Terms and Conditions for Resellers, under which a confirmed order may only be changed or cancelled with Klinta's written approval.

1. Cancelling before your order has been dispatched
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@klintaco.se and state your order number. If the order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the full amount, including shipping. If the order has already been dispatched, you can instead use your right of withdrawal or our 30-day returns in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

2. Pre-orders
When you pre-order a product, an estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. You can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before the item has been dispatched and will then receive a full refund. If the delivery date is postponed, we will notify you, and you can choose to wait or cancel. Your 14-day right of withdrawal starts from the day you receive the item.

3. Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account or by emailing info@klintaco.se. The cancellation takes effect from the next delivery that has not yet been charged. Cancelling a subscription should be as easy as starting one. If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may then cancel free of charge. Your right of withdrawal under our Terms and Conditions is not affected.

4. If we need to cancel an order
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious pricing errors, if the item is out of stock, or in case of suspected fraud. You will be notified immediately and receive a full refund of the amount you have paid.

5. Refunds
Refunds are made to the same payment method you used for the purchase, no later than 14 days after the cancellation. If you paid with Klarna, your invoice or payment plan will be adjusted.
